Clara Rivers LICSW Clinical Social Worker

Clara Rivers (she/her) earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drake University and her Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Vermont and Minnesota, as well as a Registered Play Therapist.

Clara loves working with families and children facing attachment challenges or who experience stress or trauma. She is passionate about supporting peri-partum parents, and helping caregivers during that major life transition. Clara also loves supporting parents and caregivers with any type of support they need during their parenting journey, including problem-solving challenging behaviors, processing the ups and downs of parenting, and addressing the parent or caregivers own feelings and thoughts about their upbringing.

Clara is a native Minnesotan who has fallen in love with Vermont since moving here in May, 2022. When she isn’t working, Clara is with her own children, drawing, playing games, or baking something delicious.
